Return Eligibility

Items may be returned within 14 days of delivery.

Products must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in new condition.

All original tags, labels, and packaging must be returned with the item.
- Socks, swimsuits, and tights are not eligible for return or exchange once recieved.
How to Request a Return

To request a return, contact our customer care team at info@cubbieseg.com or WhatsApp within 14 days of receiving your order.

For returns not related to defects, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

Please include your order number, the item(s) you’d like to return, and the reason for the return.

Our support team will review your request and, if approved, provide return instructions and authorization.
Defective or Faulty Items

If you receive an item with a manufacturing defect, please notify us within 30 days of delivery.

We will provide a return shipping label and cover all return shipping costs for defective items.

Once the item is received and reviewed, you may choose between a replacement or a refund, subject to availability.
Refunds & Store Credit

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method after the returned items have been inspected.

Refund processing may take up to 30 days to appear in your account.
